POLICY
Our policy is to respond to emergency calls as quickly as we can get a technician from the nearest location to the emergency. Non-emergency calls are generally handled in 7 to 10 working days. We schedule our work for the convenience of our customer. Quite often this means that the work is performed late at night or early in the morning to avoid any danger or inconvenience to the customer.
RATES
We work on pre-approved maintenance rate plans, by the hour or by the job with no minimum. This allows our customers to control their maintenance cost. We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs and requirements. Based on that we will quote our best and most competitive rates.
EMPLOYEES
Our employees go through an extensive interview that includes drug and alcohol screening, a background check, and a reference check. Close attention is paid to their skill qualifications as well as their personality and manners. Each employee is required to comply with a dress code, which governs haircuts and styles, facial hair, cleanliness, and other items of etiquette.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Our employees are required to wear company uniforms for quick and positive identification by our customers. Our employees attend regular safety meetings and training sessions. They use the latest in safety equipment to provide a safe working environment. They are also trained to secure their work area to minimize any chance of accident and inconvenience to the customer. We are proud of our safety record with no lost time accidents since our beginning in 1985.
CREWS
Our crews consist of one well-trained experienced, multi-skilled craftsperson (Crew Chief) and one experienced helper. Each crew works from a well-stocked, well-equipped, cargo van.
